I'm Kiki, owner and pet care extraordinaire at Big Puppin' Dog Walking and Pet Care, where your dog is boss! My love for animals started at a young age, having dogs and cats starting in my elementary school years. I fondly remember my first dog being a stray my dad found. Bonita was a very sweet mix that blended seamlessly into our family. From then on my formative years were shaped with the various dogs and cats we had in our home (Boomer, Neo, Zeus, Dugan, Catrina, Milan, and Jamaica). They taught me about unconditional love, warmth, responsibility, and what it was like to care for a precious life.

I bring over a decade of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, personalities, and temperaments. Throughout my career, I’ve worked as a dog walker, dog runner, boarding facility attendant, overnight pet sitter, and doggie daycare manager. These experiences have given me a well-rounded understanding of canine behavior and the ability to provide thoughtful, individualized care for every dog in my care.

I also spent many years volunteering with the Seattle Animal Shelter as a pet loss support facilitator, an experience that gave me a deeper appreciation for the profound bond between people and their pets.

I understand that your pet is more than just a pet—they’re a beloved member of your family. That’s why I take the responsibility of caring for them so seriously. I believe in positive reinforcement, keeping routines to minimize pet anxiety, and giving every animal the same love and attention as if they were my own.
